Succulent steak and chicken kabobs with colorful veggies and savory mushrooms, marinated in a sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce, perfect for a quick and tasty meal!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 pinch ground ginger
  • 1.5 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 large sweet onion, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1.5 cups whole fresh mushrooms
  • skewers
Instructions:
  • Combine teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger in a large resealable plastic bag. Add chicken, beef, red bell peppers, onion wedges, and mushrooms. Coat everything with the marinade, remove any excess air, and seal the bag. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grate.
  • Remove the marinade and alternate threading meat and vegetables onto skewers, ensuring a slight gap between each piece.
  • Grill skewers until meat is cooked through and veggies are tender, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
