Terrific tornado potatoes

Crispy potato spirals coated in Parmesan, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika for a unique twist on roasted potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 6 medium Maris Piper potatoes
  • olive oil
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese plus extra for grating
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 100 ml natural yoghurt
  • 1 lemon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190°C/375°F/gas 5. Insert a metal skewer through the end of the potato and twist to create spirals. Brush with 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Repeat with remaining potatoes. Combine grated Parmesan, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle over the potato spirals on a baking tray. Bake for 50 minutes until crispy. For the dip, mix yoghurt with lemon zest, juice, and season. Serve potato spirals with extra Parmesan and zesty yoghurt dip.
