Creamy chicken pot pie with luscious cream cheese, rich cream of chicken soup, and hearty mixed vegetables - pure comfort in every bite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups cooked, diced chicken meat
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 2 (9 inch) frozen pie crusts, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine condensed soup and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Gently fold in chicken and thawed vegetables.
  • Prepare the 9-inch pie pan with one crust. Fill the crust with the chicken mixture. Place the second crust over the filling, seal the edges, and create steam vents on top. Cover the crust edges with aluminum foil to avoid excess browning.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning the crust, until the filling is bubbling.
