Irresistible tender flank steak with only three ingredients, perfect for tacos or grilled steak salads.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1.41 ounce) package sazon seasoning with coriander and achiote (such as Goya®)
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle Mexican beer
  • 2 pounds flank steak (about 1-inch thick)
Instructions:
  • Combine 8 packets of sazon seasoning in a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag. Pour in beer, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until sazon seasoning is fully dissolved. Place flank steak into the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat your grill to a sizzling medium-high heat and give the grate a light coat of oil. Take out the steak from the bag and toss the marinade.
  • Grill the steak on a hot grill for approximately 6 minutes on each side for medium doneness or until cooked to your liking. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
