Tuna and olive taco shells with zesty salsa mayo dressing and a dollop of sour cream. Ready to enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 0.5 cup sliced black olives
  • 0.5 cup sliced green onion
  • 0.5 cup sliced celery
  • 0.66666668653488 cup salsa
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 12 medium taco shells
Instructions:
  • Combine the tuna, olives, green onions, and celery in a large bowl, tossing them together.
  • Combine salsa, sour cream, and cumin in a bowl. Drizzle over tuna mixture and gently mix.
  • Place a bed of shredded lettuce inside taco shells followed by spooning the flavorful tuna mixture. Finish off with a drizzle of extra salsa or a dollop of sour cream for extra indulgence.
