Make a budget-friendly cafe-style lunch with this deli-licious recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 1 soy and linseed bread roll
  • 40.00 ml Chilli Red with Cashew & Parmesan Chunky Dip
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
  • 30g (1/4 cup) roasted capsicum, sliced
  • 3 slices rare roast beef
  • 1/4 shallot, sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
  • Cut the soy and linseed bread roll in half. Spread the base with Wattle Valley Chilli Red with Cashew & Parmesan Chunky Dip. Add sliced Lebanese cucumber, roasted capsicum, rare roast beef slices, shallot slices, and fresh mint leaves. Place the other half of the roll on top and cut in half.
