Ingredients:
  • 500g chicken mince
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 10.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 24.40 gm fish sauce
  • 125.00 ml coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 160ml coconut milk
  • Soy sauce, for serving
  • Sweet chilli sauce, for serving
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a sizzling 200C (180C fan forced) and prepare a 24-hole non-stick mini muffin pan by giving it a light greasing with a touch of oil (1 tablespoon capacity).
  • Mix all ingredients (excluding serving sauces) in a bowl. Spoon rounded tablespoons of the mixture into a prepared pan. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Serve the hot chicken balls with a mix of soy sauce and sweet chili sauce on the side.
