Whip up creamy Thai peanut dressing with pantry staples for a versatile dip or salad dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 0.5 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
  • Mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine warm water, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, whisking constantly until sugar dissolves. Add the cornstarch mixture, simmer for another 1 to 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Transfer the sauce into a beautiful serving bowl and sprinkle with peanuts and fresh mint for an irresistible touch. Serve while warm to elevate the flavors.
