Thai sweet and sour flavors perfectly complement creamy avocados and succulent prawns.
Ingredients:
  • 2 avocados, halved, stone removed, peeled, thickly sliced
  • 24 cooked prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, trimmed, peeled into ribbons
  • 31.50 gm fresh lime juice
  • 6.00 gm brown sugar
  • 9.15 gm fish sauce
  • 125.00 ml fresh coriander sprigs
Instructions:
  • Assemble the avocado, prawns, and cucumber in individual serving bowls.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the tangy lime juice, sweet sugar, and savory fish sauce until the sugar completely dissolves.
  • Pour the zesty lime dressing over the fresh salad, garnish with fragrant coriander sprigs, and add a sprinkle of black pepper for a burst of flavor.
