Indulgent stuffed mushrooms that melt in your mouth and are a crowd-pleaser. Use the versatile filling for chicken or fish too!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (6 ounce) can snow crab, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) can small shrimp, drained
  • 12 large white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • In a mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolk, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs, green onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in the snow crab and shrimp. Fill the mushrooms with the mixture, coat with bread crumbs, and arrange on a baking sheet, stuffing-side-up.
  • Bake the mushrooms in a preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes until slightly softened. Then, broil them for a few minutes until golden and bubbly on top.
