Versatile spice rub enhances flavor of fish and seafood. Long-lasting and perfect for salmon, halibut, shrimp, and scallops. Give it a try!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt, preferably Diamond Kosher Salt (see recipe note)
  • 2 tablespoons celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons granulated garlic, not garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Combine all the spices in a sealed glass jar, then shake lightly to mix.
  • Store: Preserve for 2 years.
