  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Spread the garbanzo beans in a baking dish, gently patting them dry with a paper towel.
