Ingredients:
  • 1.5 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1.25 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 (13.5 ounce) cans coconut milk
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in red curry paste for 1 more minute. Whisk in peanut butter, brown sugar, chili powder, cayenne pepper, fish sauce, sesame oil, and coconut milk. Simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth, whisking occasionally.
