Tangy homemade mayo with lemon juice and mustard powder for thick and delicious spread.
Ingredients:
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • In a chilled bowl, use an electric mixer to blend egg yolks, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, and salt until smooth. Increase speed and drizzle in oil slowly until a thick and creamy mayonnaise forms. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for flavors to meld.
