Try this irresistible baked dish with spinach, cheesy pasta made with Original Bisquick® mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (7 oz) small pasta shells
  • 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (about 3 cups)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 2 boxes (9 oz each) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
  • 1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 package (4 oz) crumbled tomato-basil feta cheese (1 cup)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F, and generously coat a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions for minimum cook time. While the pasta is cooking, sauté mushrooms and onions in an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until softened.
  • Combine the cooked pasta and spinach in a large bowl, then add the mushroom mixture. Spread the mixture in a baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until well blended, then pour over the pasta mixture.
  • Bake without covering for 35 to 40 minutes until the top turns a beautiful golden brown. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
