Quick and flavorful garlic-seared steaks for effortless dining pleasure.
Ingredients:
  • 1.2kg marinated beef thyme and pepper roast
  • 9.20 gm garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil
  • 425g pkt corn cobbettes
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 x 150g ctns Rocket with Cashew & Parmesan Chunky Dip
  • 1 bunch fresh chives, cut into 1cm lengths
  • 1/2 bunch fresh continental parsley, leaves picked, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare six succulent beef steaks, ensuring they are evenly sized. Indulge them with a gentle oil massage on both sides before generously sprinkling with a blend of salt and pepper.
  • Heat up your barbecue grill or chargrill to medium-high. Grill the steaks for 3 minutes on each side for a medium cook or until they reach your desired doneness. Place the steaks on a plate and cover them with foil. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Make the herb dip by mixing together the dip, chives, and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Prepare the corn as directed on the package. Place the cooked corn in a large bowl, then sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning and mix until fully coated.
  • Spread the herb dip generously over the steaks, then plate with the corn mixture for a delightful meal.
