Get ready for an epic Australian BBQ experience with mates and a hot grill!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 4 (150g each) beef steaks (see note)
Instructions:
  • In a jug, mix thyme, garlic, pepper, oregano, and oil. Place steaks in a large glass or ceramic dish. Pour thyme mixture over steaks and rub to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, if possible.
  • Grill the steak on a barbecue plate or chargrill over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until it reaches your desired doneness. Place the steak on a plate, cover it with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Serve with Barbecued potato salad.
