Wholesome whole wheat ham sandwich, refreshing mixed green salad, and sweet grape salad create a perfect lunch combo for your bento or tiffin.
Ingredients:
1 (6 inch) whole wheat sandwich round, split
2thin slicesBlack Forest ham, or to taste
0.25 cupbaby spinach, or to taste
1cupmixed salad greens, or to taste
2tablespoons salad dressing, or to taste
2tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2tablespoons sour cream
2teaspoons white sugar
0.125 teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupseedless green grapes
1tablespoonchoppedpecans
1teaspoonbrown sugar
Instructions:
Layer ham and spinach in sandwich round.
Toss salad greens with dressing in a small bowl.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Toss in grapes until coated. Sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar, then toss to combine.
Arrange the sandwich, green salad, and grape salad in the tiffin or bento box compartments.
