Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (20 ounce) jar picante sauce
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup crushed tortilla chips, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the turkey until it is browned and crumbly, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard any excess grease before transferring the turkey to a 5-quart pot.
  • Combine broth, picante sauce, fresh cilantro, tangy lime juice, and flavorful olive oil with the turkey in a pot and bring to a gentle boil. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for about 40 minutes to let the flavors meld beautifully. Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with crunchy tortilla chips on top.
