Impress with decadent Tim Tam dessert shooters featuring crushed Tim Tam's, chocolate mousse, and whipped cream!
Ingredients:
  • 6 Arnott’s Tim Tam Original biscuits, broken into large pieces
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 150g dark chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
  • 400ml thickened cream, whipped
  • Cocoa powder, to dust
  • 12 Arnott’s Bites Tim Tam Original, to serve
Instructions:
  • Crush the Tim Tam biscuits in a food processor. Divide the crushed biscuits among twelve 80ml (1/3 cup) glasses and set aside.
  • Combine the egg yolks and melted chocolate in a bowl, stirring until smooth. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream and refrigerate the remaining cream for later use.
  • Beat egg whites with electric beaters until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
  • Spoon the chocolate mixture into the glasses. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours until set. Add a swirl of whipped cream on top of each, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and garnish with Tim Tam bites.
