Creating delicious and easy recipes using only simple ingredients
Ingredients:
  • 1 handful sultanas
  • 125.00 ml rum
  • 400g tim tams
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 130.00 gm shredded coconut
Instructions:
  • Infuse sultanas with the rich flavor of rum for ten minutes.
  • Pulse Tim Tams in food processor until finely chopped. Blend in cream cheese until smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl and fold in the rum-soaked sultanas.
  • Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls, coat them in shredded coconut, and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
