Ingredients:
  • 4 packets Tim Tams
  • 1 1/2 tubs Light cream cheese, at room temp.
  • 220g white chocolate
  • Sprinkles, to decorate
  • Edible glitter, to decorate
  • Coloured sugar, to decorate
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blitz Tim Tams into fine crumbs.
  • Cut the cream cheese into cubes and combine with the Tim Tams by hand until a large ball forms.
  • Allow the dough to relax for at least 15 minutes, or even longer if desired.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls using a teaspoon.
  • Chill the rolled treats in the fridge or freezer for a minimum of 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Fill a small saucepan with 2-3 inches of water. Place chocolate in a metal bowl over the saucepan, ensuring the water doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir using a clean, dry metal spoon.
  • After melting the chocolate, dip the chilled balls into the mixture and swirl them around using two forks. Place the chocolate-coated treats on a tray lined with baking paper to prepare for decoration.
  • Coat the treats in the desired coating for a second time by repeating the dipping process from step 7.
  • Personalize your Tim Tam Treats by sprinkling 100's & 1000's over them as the chocolate sets, drizzle with dark chocolate for a unique touch, or insert a stick to create Cake Pops! Time to get creative and enjoy your delicious creations!
