Indulgent combination of Tim Tams, caramel, and ice cream - a dreamy dessert masterpiece!
Ingredients:
  • 1 litre vanilla ice-cream
  • 200g packet Tim Tam biscuits, finely chopped
  • 200g Jersey Caramels, finely chopped
  • Chocolate sauce or caramel sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • Place scoops of creamy and flavorful ice cream into a spacious bowl. Allow it to sit for 30 to 60 minutes, or until it reaches a soft consistency without melting completely (adjust time based on the temperature).
  • Gently mix chopped biscuits and caramels. Transfer mixture to an airtight container and freeze overnight. Serve scoops topped with chocolate or caramel sauce.
