Indulgent tiramisu ice pops blend mascarpone, half-and-half, espresso, and coffee liqueur for a frozen Italian treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 0.25 cup espresso
  • 0.25 cup coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua®)
  • 2.5 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Instructions:
  • Combine mascarpone cheese, half-and-half, espresso, coffee-flavor liqueur, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla bean paste in a bowl, whisking gently until smooth.
  • Spoon mascarpone cheese mixture into ice pop molds, cover, and freeze until slightly firm, approximately 1 hour.
  • Insert ice pop sticks into the molds, leaving about 1/3 of the stick exposed. Freeze until firm, for about 4 more hours.
  • Rinse molds under warm water to easily release and remove ice pops.
