Indulgent low-fat tiramisu in elegant glasses. Simply irresistible.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml Kahlua
  • 500g low-fat fresh ricotta
  • 20.00 ml instant coffee
  • 250.00 gm hot water
  • 240.00 gm 98% fat-free vanilla custard
  • 20.00 ml Kahlua
  • 24 Italian sponge finger biscuits (Savoiardi)
  • 10.00 gm cocoa powder.
Instructions:
  • Mix together 1 tablespoon instant coffee with 1 cup hot water, then let cool. Stir in 1/2 cup Kahlua and set aside. In a separate bowl, use an electric beater to combine 500g low-fat fresh ricotta, 1 cup 98% fat-free vanilla custard, and 1 tablespoon Kahlua until smooth.
  • Quickly dip 24 Italian sponge finger biscuits (Savoiardi) into the coffee mixture and stand them upright around the edges of 8 serving glasses.
  • Spoon the ricotta mixture into the center of each glass. Dust each with 1 tablespoon of sifted cocoa powder. Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight before serving.
