Decadent brownie chocolate chip cookie bars with a peanut butter cookie twist, drizzled with white chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 fluid ounces coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1.3333333730698 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 (4 ounce) packages white chocolate (such as Baker's®), broken into pieces, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 2/3 cup flour, cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder until well combined.
  • Combine 3/4 cup sugar, coffee liqueur, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a large bowl. Mix in melted butter and the flour mixture, then evenly spread the batter into a 9x13-inch baking pan without greasing it.
  • In a large bowl, combine 1 1/3 cups flour, baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt, sifting them together.
  • In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, unsalted butter, brown sugar, and 1/2 cup white sugar using an electric mixer until creamy. Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mix well. Stir in the flour mixture. Spread the peanut butter cookie dough over the brownie mixture in the baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the cookie layer is golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes. Allow it to cool for 15 minutes, then cut into squares. Let it cool completely in the pan for about 20 more minutes before serving.
  • Melt white chocolate in the microwave until smooth, about 30 seconds. Transfer melted chocolate to a resealable plastic sandwich bag and snip a small hole in one corner. Drizzle over cooled cookie brownies.
