Vibrant salad to complement spicy Indian curry
Ingredients:
  • 3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • 62.50 ml chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 2.50 gm caster sugar
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together tomatoes, onions, fresh coriander, lime juice, and sugar. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Toast mustard seeds, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Add the toasted mustard seeds to the tomato mixture, then stir well to combine. Enjoy with biryani and curries.
