Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and lightly grease a 10-inch square baking dish. Mix tomato soup and baking soda in a bowl; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine sugar, butter, egg, cinnamon, cloves, and salt until smooth. Add tomato soup and soda mixture, then mix in flour and raisins. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven preheated to perfection until a toothpick comes out clean, approximately 1 hour.
