  • 1 (15 ounce) package flour tortillas, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or as needed
  • ground cinnamon, or as needed
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 ounce) package toffee baking bits (such as Heath®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Lay out tortilla wedges on the baking sheet.
  • Combine 1 tablespoon of white sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl. Evenly drizzle melted butter over tortilla wedges and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the chips are crispy.
  • Combine cream cheese, brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until velvety; gently mix in toffee bits. Refrigerate the dip until ready to serve. Enjoy the warm chips with the tempting brickle dip.
