Small batch Lebanese garlic sauce - perfect for dipping, marinating, or enhancing soups.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil, or as needed
  • 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
  • Smash garlic in a mortar and pestle with a generous pinch of salt until it forms a smooth paste. Gradually whisk in oil, a teaspoon at a time, until creamy. Stir in the lemon juice.
