Create a delectable pie cake fusion for the ultimate dessert delight!
Ingredients:
  • Water, oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
  • 6 cups frozen mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries and raspberries)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously spray a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Prepare cake batter according to box instructions and pour into pan. In a large bowl, combine berries, sugar, and flour. Sprinkle berry mixture over the batter in the pan.
  • Bake for 55 to 60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over the warm cake and cut into squares to serve. Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream.
