Indulgent gooey cookie bars with decadent chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and toasted coconut.
Ingredients:
  • 7 ounces flaked coconut
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a 13x9 inch baking dish, melt the butter. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the butter. Layer with coconut, pour sweetened condensed milk, and bake until golden brown, around 25 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat until creamy. Pour over baked bars and let cool completely. Cut into bars, garnish with flaked coconut, and store in an airtight container.
