Tropical cocktail with rum, fruit, and coconut liqueur - a beachy delight!

Ingredients:

750ml (3 cups) chilled unsweetened pineapple juice
185ml (3/4 cup) Malibu liqueur
125ml (1/2 cup) Bacardi rum
250.00 ml ice cubes
500g chilled rockmelon, deseeded, peeled, coarsely chopped
Thin rockmelon wedges, to serve

Instructions:

Combine pineapple juice, Malibu, Bacardi, ice, and rockmelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses and garnish each with a melon wedge on the rim before serving.
