Ingredients:
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup oats
  • 0.25 cup coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine ripe banana, creamy milk, tangy yogurt, hearty oats, rich coconut milk, shredded coconut, nutty flaxseed, and sweet sugar in a blender. Blend until lusciously smooth.
