Savory linguine bursting with flavor from canned tuna, capers, and olives.
Ingredients:
  • 375g linguine
  • 2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 20.00 ml drained baby capers
  • 60g olive
  • 90g pesto
  • 425g can tuna in oil, drained
  • 60g pkt Baby Rocket
Instructions:
  • Cook the pasta in a generously sized saucepan of boiling water according to the package instructions until just tender. Drain the pasta, saving 1/4 cup (60ml) of the cooking liquid.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the tomato, capers, olives, and pesto. Add the cooked pasta and reserved cooking liquid, then toss everything together. Finally, add the tuna and arugula, gently toss to combine all the ingredients.
  • Divide the delicious pasta among individual bowls and season to perfection.
