Try these adorable sushi-inspired tuna and corn sandwiches!
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • 310g can creamed corn
  • 185g can tuna in springwater, drained, flaked
  • 125.00 ml grated reduced-fat tasty cheese
  • 30g baby spinach
Instructions:
  • Lay bread flat and gently flatten with a rolling pin. Spread corn over the bread, keeping a 2cm border along one edge. Layer on tuna, cheese, and spinach. Roll up to seal the filling inside. Slice each roll into thirds and enjoy!
