Creamy tuna and corn doughnut sandwiches

Kids will love these creative tuna and corn doughnut sandwiches!
Ingredients:
  • 95g can tuna in spring water, drained, flaked
  • 19.80 gm aioli
  • 125g can corn kernels, rinsed, drained
  • 1 dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp chives, chopped
  • 8 slices Brand White Sliced Bread
  • 30g soft butter
  • 62.50 ml red cabbage, finely shredded
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, aioli, corn, pickle, and chives.
  • Cut perfect circles from the bread slices using an 11cm round cutter, then lavish one side of the circles with butter.
  • On a clean work surface, arrange 4 buttered bread rounds. Add cabbage and tuna mixture on top. Use a 4cm round cutter to remove centers from remaining bread rounds. Place buttered-side down over the tuna mixture to serve.
