Transform canned tuna into flavorful diner-style burgers, ready in minutes. Enjoy a quick and delicious dinner at home.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs (about 2 slices bread)
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 medium green onions, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2 pouches (about 7 oz each) light tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 4 sandwich buns, split
  • 4 tablespoons dill dip
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, shaping the mixture into four 3 1/2-inch diameter patties, using a heaping 1/2 cupful for each patty, omitting the butter, buns, and dill dip.
  • In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and fully cooked. Serve on buns with dill dip.
