Tuna with corn salsa

Ingredients:
  • 180g can tuna in springwater
  • 120g (1/2 cup) spreadable light cream cheese
  • 2 green shallots
  • 270g can corn kernels
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 12 Vita-Weat biscuits
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, mix together tuna, cream cheese, and shallots. In a separate bowl, combine corn kernels and red capsicum. Spread the creamy tuna mixture onto 12 Arnott's Vita-Weat biscuits. Finish by adding the tasty corn salsa on top before serving.
