Turkey and cranberry cream cheese sandwich

Elevate your lunch with freezer-friendly turkey cranberry cream cheese sandwiches.
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 gm light spreadable cream cheese
  • 20.00 ml dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 4 slices light rye bread
  • 80g shaved roasted turkey breast
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, cranberries, and parsley in a small bowl. Season with pepper and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
  • Lay 2 bread slices on a board. Spread with half of the cream cheese mixture. Cover with turkey slices. Spread remaining bread slices with the rest of the cream cheese mixture. Close sandwiches. Cut them in half diagonally. Wrap in plastic, then foil, and freeze for up to 1 month. Remove foil before placing in a lunchbox.
