Indulge in a heavenly combination of turkey, cranberry, and creamy camembert on bruschetta for any meal or gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 1 rustic olive batard, sliced
  • 18.20 gm pure olive oil
  • 61.88 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
  • 8 thick slices cooked turkey
  • 100g camembert cheese, sliced
  • 46.80 gm cranberry sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat a hot chargrill. Brush both sides of batard slices with oil. Grill bread for 2 minutes on each side or until lightly toasted.
  • Spread a touch of mayonnaise on each slice. Add a small cos leaf, 2 turkey slices, a brie slice, and 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce on top. Serve.
