Transform Thanksgiving leftovers into a mouthwatering Turkey Delight casserole combining turkey, gravy, potatoes, and stuffing for a festive feast that can be enjoyed days after Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cooked, chopped turkey meat
  • 1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
  • 12 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups turkey gravy
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook potatoes until tender but still firm, around 15 minutes. Drain and mash.
  • Follow the instructions for making the stuffing.
  • Spread the stuffing evenly in a 2 quart baking dish, then add a layer of turkey and cover it with 1 cup of gravy. Finish by topping it with mashed potatoes and the rest of the gravy.
  • Bake covered in the oven until bubbly and lightly browned, about 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
