Delicious turkey salad with a zesty mix of vegetables and seasoning - a crowd-pleasing appetizer using leftover roast turkey.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 pound cooked turkey meat
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 green onions
  • 0.5 red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
Instructions:
  • Combine the cooked turkey meat with celery, green onions, and red bell pepper in a blender or food processor. Blend until finely chopped.
  • Place the turkey mixture in a medium bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, Dijon-style mustard, cider vinegar, white sugar, and salt until thoroughly mixed. Chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours to overnight before serving.
