Quick and flavorful baked pork tenderloin, seasoned with garlic, rosemary, and oregano, ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 pounds pork tenderloin
Instructions:
  • Collect all the necessary ingredients.
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Mix together the garlic, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Coat pork tenderloin generously with spice mixture and place on wire rack set on a baking sheet.
  • Roast the pork in the preheated oven until it's slightly pink in the center, for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
