Indulge in a batch of delectable double cookies using Betty Crocker® mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Combine Chocolate Chip Dough ingredients in one bowl and Double Chocolate Chunk Dough ingredients in another bowl, stirring until soft dough forms in each.
  • Divide each dough into 2 portions. Shape each portion into a 15-inch rope on a floured work surface. Next, place one rope of chocolate chip dough and one rope of double chocolate chunk dough side by side. Simultaneously cut both ropes into 1/2-inch pieces. Form about 24 balls incorporating both kinds of dough in each. Arrange the balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat the process with the other 2 ropes of dough.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges of chocolate chip dough turn light golden brown. Let it cool for 1 minute, then transfer to a cooling rack.
