Use-it-up pie maker spaghetti frittata

Delicious pantry staple pie maker frittata.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 250g cooked spaghetti, cut into 8cm lengths
  • 1 carrot, coarsely grated
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 375.00 ml Frozen Peas & Super Juicy Corn
  • 187.50 ml grated pizza cheese
  • 5.00 gm mild chicken seasoning
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, gently whisk eggs. Mix in spaghetti, carrot, onion, McCain Frozen Peas & Super Juicy Corn, and cheese until fully incorporated.
  • Preheat the pie maker. Divide the mixture evenly, spooning 1/4 cup into each hole. Close the lid and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and set. Repeat with the remaining spaghetti mixture to create 12 frittatas. Serve.
