Create a fabulous meal with just six ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 36.80 gm rice bran oil
  • 4 (120g each) veal leg steaks
  • 200g green beans, trimmed, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed, cut into 6cm pieces
  • 350g fresh peas, shelled (see note)
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over high heat, sizzle veal in batches for 1 minute on each side in half of the oil until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
  • Heat the rest of the oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir in beans, asparagus, and peas and cook for 2 minutes until vegetables are vibrant. Pour in 1 tablespoon cold water and remove from heat. Cover and let it sit for 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and toss everything together.
