Indulge in this exquisite veal dish, infused with zesty lemon and aromatic oregano, ideal for weekend gatherings and casual get-togethers.
Ingredients:
  • 8 veal schnitzels
  • plain flour, for dusting
  • salt and cracked black pepper
  • 50g chilled unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 40.00 ml whole oregano leaves
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • Steamed vegetables, such as potatoes or green beans
Instructions:
  • Coat veal with a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. In a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, cook veal in batches in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Set aside to keep warm.
  • Lower the heat to medium-low, gradually whisk in butter until a silky sauce forms. Introduce garlic and oregano, sauté for 2 minutes, then mix in fresh lemon juice.
  • Add the veal back to the pan to gently heat and serve right away with a side of steamed vegetables.
