Ingredients:
  • 40g butter, chopped
  • 100g veal schnitzel
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 30.00 ml baby capers, drained
  • 65.63 gm lemon juice
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • Heat half of the butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat until melted. Add the veal and cook in batches for 30 seconds on each side or until browned and cooked through. Transfer the veal to a plate, cover to keep warm.
  • Lower the heat to a gentle medium-low. Melt the rest of the butter in the pan. Incorporate the garlic and capers, stirring, for about 1 minute until aromatic. Include the lemon juice and parsley. Stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Place the veal back in the pan with any juices. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until warmed through. Serve and enjoy.
