Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt by sifting them together in a large bowl.
  • Combine water, oil, vanilla, and vinegar until mixture is smooth.
  • Gently transfer the mixture into the pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 45 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh berries.
